An Ambera family/client account is free. You do not need a professional subscription or a connected care professional to use your personal account. Paid plans apply to professional workspaces.
Professional services are separate
Ambera account access does not itself book or pay for services from a doula, midwife, or provider. Discuss care arrangements and any professional fees directly with that professional.
If you see a professional billing screen
Check that you are signed in to the intended account and review the role selected at signup. Contact support if the account type does not match your intended use.
