Open Account, then Profile. Review the available fields, make your changes, and save. Families can also open journey details for pregnancy and care context. Professional accounts have professional details appropriate to their role.
Keep sign-in and billing changes separate
Use Account security to change the email used for sign-in. Use your professional account and billing settings to change your role or plan. Editing your profile does not itself create a care relationship or change a subscription.
Recorded birth dates affect care relationships
Review birth-date changes carefully. Ambera’s care lifecycle uses the recorded birth date to determine the postpartum care window. Use Care lifecycle and continued care to review the resulting relationship state.
