Visit app.amberahealth.com in your browser and sign in. The marketing website and this Help Center are separate destinations; you do not create a separate support account.
Find your way around
Use the app’s section switcher for Home, Tools, Learning Center, Journal, and Support. Account, messages, and notifications have their own controls. On narrower screens, open the section navigation to see the available pages.
Keep your work in sync
Use the same account across devices. Wait for a save or send confirmation before leaving a form. If information looks old, reopen the view or refresh after saving your work. Browser storage is used for sign-in and encrypted messaging; avoid clearing it as a first troubleshooting step.
