The signed-in web app
The Ambera web app uses session cookies for authentication and browser storage for encrypted messaging keys. Those are separate from this Help Center. Clearing app storage can sign you out or affect your ability to read older encrypted messages on that browser.
Before clearing storage
Try reloading or reopening the affected page after saving your work. Do not erase browser storage as the first step for a messaging problem. Contact support if you need recovery guidance.
