Personal entries start private
When you create a personal Journal entry, its default is private. Families can review Who can see this entry? and choose Private · for me or Share with my authorized care team where available. Save after making your selection.
Professionals’ personal entries are private; shared care notes use a separate client context.
Daily check-ins are different
A daily check-in, including symptoms and notes, is shared with your authorized care team. The web form asks you to confirm this before saving. For a private reflection, create a personal Journal entry instead.
Changing a shared entry
You can change the visibility of your own eligible journal entries. Making an entry private again cannot retrieve copies that someone already received.
