Review devices on the web
Open Account security and find Signed-in devices. Review the sessions shown and use the available sign-out control for a session you no longer use. Session details help identify access; they do not necessarily identify a physical device uniquely.
Sign out of your current session
Use Sign out from Ambera’s account menu. Ordinary sign-out ends the current session; use device/session controls when you need to end other sessions.
Protect encrypted conversations
Do not clear browser storage or reinstall the app as a routine sign-in fix. Messaging keys are stored on your device or browser, and removing them can affect access to older encrypted messages.
