Open Notifications to review account and care updates. Select an item to open its related context when available. Message conversations are available separately in Messages & Support.
Set your preferences on the web
Open notification settings to review overall delivery and category choices. Save each change. Available controls include in-app notifications, push alerts on registered devices, category email settings, and message-preview preferences.
Important account-security notices cannot be muted through the category controls. A saved preference does not itself register a device for push delivery.
Check your device too
On iPhone, check Ambera’s notification permission in device settings. Device Focus, delivery settings, network access, and current registration can affect alerts. Contact your care team directly for anything urgent.
