Download available personal records
The web download includes available profile, journey, journal, check-in, weight, appointment, and birth-preference records that the service permits your account to read. It is a JSON file, and may contain sensitive information. You may need to verify your identity with a recent sign-in.
This download is not a complete privacy-rights export. It excludes categories such as messages, attachments, billing, labor history, and backups. Use the privacy-request options for information that is not included. Store downloaded files securely.
