Review your current capacity
Open your professional account on the web to see Active clients, Workspace capacity, and Backup assignments. Current capacity comes from your verified plan and any applicable account-specific grants. A generic plan description may differ from your account’s effective capacity.
Primary and backup relationships
Active primary-client relationships count toward the professional workspace’s applicable capacity. Backup assignments do not consume primary-client slots. An inactive or ended relationship no longer occupies an active-client slot.
If you reach your limit
Review your active relationships and choose an available plan with sufficient capacity if needed. Only end a relationship when active care should actually end. Deleting a client’s records is not a capacity-management step.
A downgrade requires the active client count to fit the destination capacity. Ambera checks capacity again when a relationship or plan change is applied.
